A one time per calendar year, $49 ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE is due when enrolling or purchasing a punch card.

Dancers ENROLLED in 3-5 classes per week - receive 5% OFF total tuition.
Dancers ENROLLED in 6 or more classes - receive 10% OFF total tuition.

Dance Art Media is a non-contractual, month to month service provider.
Monthly tuition will be billed according to the number of classes within each calendar month.
We ONLY bill for the total number of classes scheduled to meet in each month.
The full month of Tuition is due at time of registration along with the annual registration fee.
Tuition is due by the first of each month after. Late fees apply on the 3rd.
When joining us mid-month: Yes, tuition can be pro-rated based on the remaining classes in the month.
Auto Pay: It is preferred that all of our families are enrolled in AutoPay through DSP via credit card only. (no ACH or debit cards accepted)
A 3.0% convenience fee will apply.
Avoid those pesky late fees! Sign up for AutoPay. DAM will automatically process payment on the 1st of each month.
Payment Policies:
1) All DAM Tuition is non-refundable. Account credit or transfer is an available option. Please NOTE: Purchased services are redeemable within 6 months of transaction date.
Missed a class? Take a make-up class! Make-up classes are available within 2 weeks of the missed class and can be any appropriate age/level class you choose.
2) Any & all changes/suspensions to enrollment require THREE WEEKS NOTICE in writing. Charges will continue to accrue for three weeks from when written notice is provided.

3) A late fee of $15 will be charged on the 3rd day of the month for any monthly tuition payment due and not yet received. Fees will be assessed for insufficient funds.
4) 3.0% processing fee is added to ALL credit card payments. Cash, checks, or Zelle payments are always accepted with no additional charge.
