- Additional supplies & decorations may be arranged when requested
- Cleaning Fee may be required depending on catering.
Additional Information:
A damage deposit of $300 (which includes key deposit) is sometimes needed depending on rental terms and use. This fee is refundable once management inspection finds no abnormal damage along with the key being returned.
NO STREET SHOES ARE ALLOWED ON OUR STUDIO FLOORS! Dance specific footwear only. Non-marking soles are a MUST, especially for rugged dance styles like Heels or HipHop. Please check the screws on Tap shoes are secure / tight prior to entering spaces. Management reserves the right to inspect/ approve all dance shoes prior to studio entry. Any shoe that marks the floor must be removed immediately. Thank you for being mindful and considerate of our most valuable asset - our dance floors.
* For 'professional rates', a Certificate of Insurance (COI) with Dance Art Media named as additionally insured MUST be provided prior to rental or event kick off in order to receive the professional reduced rate. If you will be using the Studios during off hours, as described above, you'll need to be a key holder and provide a damage deposit.
