Building on self-care and living an active, healthy lifestyle, Jamie added Yoga and Pilates, Franklin Method and elements of Body Mind Centering to her practices, A passionate dancer, Jamie believes that each body moves and flows with individuality - unique and tailored to body imbalances in order to strengthen areas of past injury and prevent future injuries. In 2014, Jamie received the Healthy Dance Practice Certification - Safe In Dance Int'l & Int'l Assoc. of Dance Medicine & Science, reinforcing her knowledge of anatomy, structure and safe movement. She combines her knowledge of multiple forms to create movement sequences that are safe and specific to the bodies she works with, helping other humans heal themselves through movement.
